PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION THERAPY
You’ve had a profound experience – now how do you ground the changes in ordinary life?
Transform psychedelic experiences into lasting healing through IFS-informed, somatic, experiential psychotherapy
If you are stepping out of a deep ceremonial space—perhaps held by a trusted medicine guide whom you respect deeply—you may find that the journey doesn’t end when the medicine wears off. In fact, it is often just beginning. Powerful medicine experiences have a profound way of parting the veil, allowing exiled parts of the system and long-held somatic burdens of complex trauma or anxiety to step into the light. While your guides provide an invaluable, sacred container for the journey itself, making sense of and integrating the material that surfaces can require a different kind of sustained, therapeutic accompaniment.
As a psychedelic integration therapist, I work in close, respectful collaboration with medicine guides to offer a dedicated space for this exact chapter of your healing.
Drawing on extensive training and experience with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other somatic, experiential modalities, we work together to honor the protective parts of you that may feel disoriented or overwhelmed by what was revealed, and gently tend to vulnerable parts of you that are finally ready to be witnessed.
This is where the insights of the journey are woven into the fabric of your daily life, transforming a fleeting transcendent experience into more lasting, embodied healing.
Psychedelic integration therapy helps you make the most of your journey experience, by harnessing the power of psychedelic induced neuroplasticity.
Medicine journeys do something remarkable: they temporarily quiet our usual mental ruts and create a window of increased neuroplasticity—a time when the brain is uniquely flexible, open, and ready to learn new ways of being. This heightened state of openness is both precious and fleeting.
By entering into psychotherapy during this fluid window, you can actively shape how your brain rewires. Through our work together, we can take the raw insights of your journey, and help you to anchor those insights into your everyday life.
With skillful support, integration can help you:
- Make sense of challenging or confusing experiences
- Make most fruitful use of the window of increased neuroplasticity instigated through medicine work
- Deepen and sustain energetic shifts gained through medicine work
- Process emotions, memories, and trauma that have surfaced
- Navigate spiritual or transpersonal experiences
- Strengthen your connection to embodied wisdom
- Bring individual change into your relationships
- Create lasting change beyond the medicine experience
A safe, sacred space to process your deepest experiences.
Psychedelic integration psychotherapy with me is grounded in:
- Relational Attunement
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Brainspotting
- Interpersonal Neurobiology
- Somatic Psychotherapy
- Transpersonal Psychotherapy
- Spirituality – following your lead and in accordance with your beliefs
Drawing on these approaches, I ground a safe container to help you integrate what emerges during expanded states of consciousness, empowering you to embody needed shifts for the long haul.
Rather than focusing on understanding the experience intellectually, we work with your whole personhood — mind, body, emotions, and spirit. This generally leads to much deeper integration than what can be gained from psychedelic work without this type of support.
IFS informed, spiritually grounded integration.
Psychedelic experiences can bring forward many different parts of ourselves:
- Protective parts
- Inner critics
- Inner child parts
- Hidden strengths and resources
- Spiritual experiences
Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed therapy offers a compassionate, non-pathologizing way to establish a lasting relationship with the parts of you who may have surfaced during your journey.
To this work, I bring extensive experience supporting clients through IFS-based integration work, helping people develop greater clarity, self understanding, and stability.
To my work as an IFS informed clinician, I bring more than 250 hours of combined training and teaching experience in IFS, including advanced training in trauma, psychosis, and other mental health issues.
I also bring ten years experience in spiritual direction and Applied Shamanic Counseling. This background helps me support the full spectrum of what can emerge through expanded states of consciousness, including guides, ancestors, spirit animals.
Whatever emerges for you, I can help you meet it safely, in order to integrate the lessons it brings.
As you start to walk on the way, the way appears.
— Jalal al-Din Rumi
Somatic Integration – grounding transformation in the body
Expanded states of consciousness open up experiences that lie beyond the power of rational thought to understand.
While psychedelic work often brings insights, lasting healing requires the participation of the brain, the body, and the nervous system.
Brainspotting and other experiential approaches can help:
- Process material that feels difficult to talk about
- Support nervous system regulation
- Deepen emotional integration
- Affect transformation on a neurobiological level, so you don’t just understand it, you feel it in your body.
This work can be especially valuable when experiences feel unfinished, overwhelming, or difficult to fully process through conversation alone.
To pay attention, this is our endless and proper work.
— Mary Oliver

Current Services
I currently offer psychedelic integration therapy for individuals engaging in Ketamine and other consciousness-expanding practices outside of therapy.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), in which people take Ketamine during the session, is not currently part of my practice. However, I plan to add ketamine-assisted services in 2027.
